[MC-129107] Cinematic camera pauses when cursor is free

1. Turn on cinematic camera.
2. Turn.
3. Open chat or an inventory.

Expected: Camera keeps moving.
Actual result: It stops when opening chat and continues to move with the same speed when chat is closed.
