Phantom dont have new animations and its not animated
in the latest snapshot it says the are more flappy then before but they dont animate anymore

(Edit: it looks to be back but seems like a old animation and not the New one that whas introduced if I'm correct)

Are you still able to reproduce this in the latest snapshot? If so, please provide repro steps.

Can't seem to reproduce this bug anymore, I spawned in a phantom and it had it's animations.

Its resolved but it looks like old animation but atleast its back
