[MC-129349] Color of the void looks bad around Y=60

Well... normally it doesn't matter. But it's uncomfortable in Buffet floating islands world.

I think the developers did that so that the sun doesn't appear in the void. Based on the resolution of MC-45044, this is probably not intended. Even if this is actually a feature, it is ugly, pointless, and definitely should be removed.

Can also confirm this for the ocean. Also, I attached some screenshots of the glitch in the ocean, the caves buffet world, and the islands buffet world.

Confirmed for Minecraft 1.13-pre2.

This effect happens at about Y=61.380, and it also happens in all worlds, not just buffet worlds.
