The "How Did We Get Here" advancement does not require Dolphin's Grace

The bug

A new status effect ("Dolphin's Grace"), which is obtainable in survival, has been added in 18w19a, but the "How Did We Get Here" advancement has not been updated to require it.

Note that the "A Furious Cocktail" advancement is not affected because it's not a potion effect.
