World border can't be seen when facing into it

What exact size is the world border? If the world border doesn't end at the end of a block, then you can walk onto the block that the world border is, causing you to walk past the rendered world border making you unable to see it.

This is normal in any game. The edge of the screen can view further than the center of the screen because of technical reasons

Based off the screenshots alone, I am unsure how to reproduce this issue. While it may be obvious, the description provides no context how to reliably reproduce this.
