water is freezing to ice in my underground base located in a snowy biome.
how to recreate: place water in a dark area underground. wait for water to freeze
I don't know if this is related but I have been finding that many of the blocks that freeze have been flowing water blocks, not source blocks.
this may have something to do with MC-129762 (phantom spawning when underground)
