I've been exploring the ocean and I can't find any fish!

Cannot Reproduce. Fish spawns seem to work just fine in rivers and oceans.

~~updated from 18w15a to 18w20c and now there are zero fish, dolphins, drowned etc... spawning in the ocean.~~
