[MC-129879] Dolphins with random NBT tag on ground (not water) get constant damage until they die.

How to reproduce:

Get in ground (Not water or it doesn't work)

Use the next command: /summon minecraft:dolphin ~ ~ ~ {}

You'll notice how Dolphin starts getting damage without apparent reason until it dies.

try spawning dolphins without nbt out of water, this won't happen.
