World icons cannot be generated

Resolved

Duplicate

From the snapshot of 1.13, the world icon has been unable to generate in normal ways, no matter how long you play.

Environment

Java1.8.0_171

This looks like MC-129790

I find that the world name does not support Chinese (because Chinese is not a ASCII character).
