[MC-130216] Wheat Seed on Grass Block

I was Farming and I finished extending a row and I saw there were seeds on grass blocks, NOTE: It did correct itself but could you please make it that it does not happen at all. There is a .mov file that shows this bug and it correcting itself.

Can you consistently reproduce the issue? If so, can you provide steps that explain how to do so?

No I cannot it happens at random it happened to me twice on the world shown on the .mov file.
