invisible armor stand can't be destroyed in creative

When I create an invisible armor stand, I am unable to destroy it in creative by hitting it.

Armor stand summoned with this command can be hit and destroyed:

summon armor_stand 256 73 342 {NoBasePlate:1b,NoGravity:1b,CustomName:"{\"text\":\"Unicorn Power\"}",CustomNameVisible:1,Rotation:[90f],ArmorItems:[{},{},{},{id:"minecraft:end_rod",Count:1b}],Pose:{LeftLeg:[0f,0f,0f],RightLeg:[0f,0f,0f],LeftArm:[308f,0f,0f],RightArm:[0f,0f,0f]}}

Armor stand summoned with this command cannot:
