Cannot upgrade from 18w21b -> 18w22a

Tried multiple times on this world in 18w22a, but results in the error in this video: Video

 Maybe related to MC-130453 because it says "Server Closing" when the game crashes (see video).

 

Also, the "view crash report" button doesn't work.
