[MC-130601] Dolphins - Move at very fast speeds while you are in 3rd person in a boat

Dolphins are not this fast while swimming, and I don't believe they should be this fast.

In nearly a second these dolphins are nearly out of visible distance, but while swimming, you can keep up with them.

I've noticed this since at least 18w22b, and confirmed it is still the case in the current snapshot.
