when i mine a leaf block with my shears, the leaf block breaks instantly. this shouldn't happen and needs to be fixed in the 2nd pre-release please.

I tested this myself, and cannot find any way the behaviour is different in pre1 than in 1.12.2. You just break one block per gametick. Is there a specific scenario where you actually break them instantly that you have found? If so, I haven't been able to recreate it.
