When flying when an elytra against most non-full blocks (Fences, iron bars, glass pains) it makes a footstep noise. This probably effects all versions 1.9+, although I have only tested it on 1.12 and 1.12.2. This does not happen with full blocks.

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MC-128994. (A similar issue exists in much earlier versions: MC-2604, which affects other movement inside of blocks).
