All nether fortress chests have same loot

I couldn't reproduce it too... maybe that's your bug.

Strange, happened on a fresh server generated with 1.13-pre1.  Can't reproduce on a new world.

I have a server Im running off version 1.13.1 and i just got into the nether for the first person, nether fortress below my spawnpoint, got it and all the loot is the same, a stack of 2 diamonds, a single diamond and a gold sword

after this screenshot the chest on the left surprisingly had new loot.

So from the 2 connected fortresses I searched 6 chests with the same and the last 2 different. They were much further from my spawnpoint if that matters, but heres a lil info.

Same issue, three diamonds and a flint-and-steel in every, single, chest.

This is still a prevalent issue as of 1.13.2. A whole section of the nether fortress had the same exact loot in the same exact chest slots. At first I thought I was lucky but then i thought this cant be.
