The bug
Due to the fix of MC-123366 the following problems have occurred with buckets in adventure mode. You can:
Place buckets of water
Place buckets of lava
Pick up water and lava with an empty bucket
Place buckets of water with fish in them
Pick up fish with a bucket of water
In 1.12, the item needed CanPlaceOn to be able to be used.
