Z-Fighting with Enchanting Table Books

The bottom of a closed enchanting table book, when viewed in spectator mode from below, will 'z-fight'.

Confirmed for MC 1.13-pre2.

This bug also appears with the Creative & Survival Mode. This is a texture bug. Developers should fix that.
