For my server world, I have a separate world generated with same world seed as the server for single player use to check various things. I found a stronghold location on the single player version, but when i went to it on the server world the stronghold structure did not generate.
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the stronghold to generate in the same place.
What actually happened was...:
The stronghold generated on my single player version of the world, but not on the hosted server of the same world.
Steps to Reproduce:
Generate multiple worlds with the same seed
→ See if stronghold structures generate where they should
World Seed and Coordinates of Stronghold:

Please provide the seed and coordinates of where the stronghold was / should be.

I added the seed and coordinates to the description and attached a picture of what you should see when you teleport to the coordinates.

seed: -3652323001623370623370657
says there is a stronghold at 8 ~ 8, yet there is none. It does generate when you try to find a different stronghold, by going extremely far away

can confirm for pre release 3
Please check to see if this is still an issue in 1.13-pre4. Possibly fixed alongside MC-131462.

This is unlikely to be related to MC-131462 Strongholds use a much different algorithm than the structures affected by that bug.
Is this still an issue in 18w30b?
Me too, my singleplayer world has no stronghold structure generate.
