I found a MC Seed with a 12 eyed End Portal, and it spawns Incomplete. It has only 3 Portal Blocks, and only 6 eyes. It is very strange. The seed and the Coordinates are in the Image Below. Here is the Seed and The Coordinates to make your life easier: 2949023336598070020 -1036 29 -955
