[MC-131970] Dogs stuck sitting

I have several dogs, I found yesterday that I can't make them stand up, I don't know since when this has been an issue because I hadn't tried for a while. When taming new ones this doesn't seem to be a problem.

Get the wolf's data by standing near it and using /data get entity @e[type=wolf,distance=..5,limit=1].
When the command executes, copy and paste the NBT here. (the launcher log should help)

Did you switch Minecraft accounts? if so, those dogs will still belong to your other account and you will not be able to make them stop sitting. Like on a server, you can't control other people's dogs.

Would I be able to feed them if that were the case? I haven't played on servers a lot, so I don't know if it's possible to feed other people's dogs.
