skin doesn't change!

Modded clients of the game are not supported on the bug tracker. See if running a vanilla  profile fixes your issue. If so, you will have to take it up with the mod makers to fix your issue.

Are you sure that the skin servers are not being blocked by your internet connection or network?

Skin-related issue. Not a bug with the game.
