The cross hair is slightly deformed and hasn't been fixed

The cross hair has still issues with the look in full screen. Please fix this.

Minecraft still hasn’t fixed this problem. The resolution can’t be at a certain point, otherwise the crosshair looks abnormal. Please fix this.
