Some Textures unable to be changed by resource packs

Certain textures do not update despite being changed below there is an example using stone the first image is of the actual resource pack, the second is a dummy pack ripped from the vanilla game, the third is me using the pack in game. A log file is also attached.

Looks like you probably can change it, but it isn't loading properly.

Invalid because the resource pack is outdated.
