[MC-132701] Lighting is broken on world load

When I open the world, some of the blocks that were lit appear dark until I place & break a solid block in the light's path. Was also in pre-5.

Does MC-132123 describe your issue?

No, this happens when I open a world at night, and when I place/break blocks in the area that is lit, the rest of the area is updated.

Is this still an issue in 18w46a?

I don't think so.
