[MC-132824] Mining Sickness Timer not functioning correctly

When visiting an underwater temple, and then obtaining mining sickness, when the mining sickness timer reaches zero, the sickness prevails. The timer may auto-reload without the boss casting the sickness spell.

Does not cause crash. The timer acts rather wacky...
