1 blocks wide structure aren't displayed on a maps

As you can see in the screenshot if the structure is less than 2 blocks wide it doesn't appear on the maps.

Yes it’s related but from my testing I don’t think this is an issue with Y-level but rather related to the block below the highest block.

Great, it's fixed in 1.13-pre7.
