Please force a crash by holding F3+C and releasing them after 10 seconds. Upload that crashreport (It tells you where it saved it) to this ticket.

Per the youtube link's comments the user is using optifine. Is this a vanilla install of minecraft?

Thanks for pointing that out. The glass panes are connected -> Optifine.
This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
