[MC-133058] Villager to zombie villager conversion can give equipment

When a zombie kills a villager, the new zombie villager sometimes has equipment.

Maybe it is "Works as Intended", but I think that it doesn't make that much sense.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set difficulty to hard

2. Summon a zombie

3. Summon a villager

4. Let the zombie kill the villager

5. Repeat steps 1-4 until you notice that the zombie villager has equipment

Cannot reproduce in 1.13.1. Can someone else please check if that's an issue.

@unknown, Can confirm for 1.13.1.

Used a zombie with diamond sword, should make any difference though.

Zombie villagers has a chance to spawn with equipment.

@Roq12 but they should hold inventory held by villager (their armor) instead of being spawned with random loot.

@unknown zombie villagers should only wear armor when spawned naturally.
