Block breaking particles are rendered behind block selection line

The block breaking particle effect is being rendered behind the black line selection.

Steps:
1: Log in to the game,
2: Load up a game in Survival,
3: Look at a block, for instance Cobblestone,
4: Attempt to mine it (with your fists, as it's much slower)
5: Notice that the particle effects for this are being rendered behind the selection line.
