New mobs don't have captions

I listened to a Drowned groaning, dolphins squeaking, and turtles getting hurt, but none of them had accompanying captions. All the mobs were just added in this update, I'm wondering if maybe the captions intentionally haven't been added? Wanted to report just in case.
