Wrong position of elder guardian effect while swimming

The bug

When getting the mining fatigue effect, the player gets shown a guardian face on the screen, while swimming this face is not in position to the players head and will therefor look a bit odd.

@violine1101 No, it is not the fact that the face in out of position when you are in F5, but the fackt that it is not in sync with the body when you swim in the water....

Confirmed for 1.13.1.

can confirm that affects 1.14 pre-release 5

Since 1.14 it will also displayed to high without swimming.
And it´s still in 1.14.3.

Fixed in 1.15 pre-2.
