[MC-147865] Elder Guardian particle is displayed too high (over the player's head)

The bug

The elder guardian particle displays straight above the camera instead of in front of the camera, where it should normally be.

To reproduce

Enable F5 mode to better see the issue (however this works from other perspectives too)
Run /particle minecraft:elder_guardian
→ ❌ The Elder Guardian particle is displayed above the player's head

In 19w42a the guardian also isn´t transparent anymore.
