Empty hot bar slot, place torch doesn't work.

If you have a torch in your off hand and try to place a torch with an empty hot bar slot, the torch places and immediately disappears and are lost from inventory.  Then you place a block while holding a tool, break the torch and you get back the ones that disappeared.
