[MC-133367] Generation error in a village

I found that a house in a village was cut by an error generating the village.

Please tell us the seed of the world, as well as the coordinates of that village.

This is actually a problem that only happens in the 1.13 snapshots, and can be reproduced very easily. Since this happens pretty often, and is only found in the 1.13 snapshots, this is actually a duplicate of MC-131745 (contains seed and coordinates). This bug has also been known to happen with shipwrecks.
