Bug:
Riptide trident can hit armor stands that have marker tag.
How to summon armor stand with marker:
/summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {Marker:1,NoGravity:1}

Can confirm that this is still an issue in 20w49a. To make it issue easier to reproduce, here's a command to give yourself a riptide trident. Also, when reproducing this problem, make sure to aim for the base of the armour stand as you are able to pass through the upper half.
/give @s trident{Enchantments:[{id:riptide,lvl:3}]}
