I made a custom texture pack for the non dyed shulker and the totem of undying. I don't know if it's a bug or it's renamed. But if it's renamed, can you tell me what it is or what to do for Minecraft to react to it again.

This is a bug tracker, not a place for resource pack help. You can look for texture names in the 1.13-pre8 jar.
