Turtle diggs insanely much

Sometimes a pregnant turtle will start digging insanely when on top of multiple blocks with eggs. It won't stop digging until it has found a good spot to lay eggs. Thing is that the turtle only wants to lay eggs on the occupied blocks, so it won't stop digging.
