Confirmed for 1.13. However to avoid this, press your sneak key then place the block.

So this report has no reason to exist anymore.

Actually, no. This report shows/ is about an unintentional error, making it a bug by definition. Just because the bug can easily be avoided doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

This is caused because of the cauldron is filled with water, it has the right click function to un-dye armor. Therefore to fix this issue, it should be checking if its holding leather armor and all the other "undyeable" items. This report is valid.

Confirmed for 1.14 Pre-Release 1.
May I request ownership of this report?

I made the report. Am I the one who can transfer ownership?

We can do it for you if you agree

What would it mean if ownership is transferred?

Doubletoad74 would get permission to edit the ticket and add affected versions, you lose it
We usually ask the owner of the ticket to continue testing it in future versions and update the affected versions too

Yes, you can transfer ownership.

Still the same problem in 1.14 Pre-Release 2

Still in 1.14 Release

Still in 1.14.1 Release

Still in 1.14.2 Pre-Release 2

Further testing shows chests and shulker boxes that can't be opened, and beds during day will not allow blocks to be placed on them. Should I add these?

Go ahead if you want, as long as you also include flower pots, signs, and, from some angles, bells.

I'm going to put in 1.16.4 Pre-Release 1 for archiving purposes.
