[MC-133716] Game crashes when loading world

I tried loading two worlds, one created in 1.13pre8 and one in 1.12.2.

Both worlds crashed right after they loaded.

I attached both crash reports

The game did not crash when I created a new world in this pre-release.

I'm also experiencing this bug. I attempted to patch the world using level.dat files from a new one, but once I loaded a specific at spawn it crashed again.
