[MC-133721] Encountered an unexpected exceptionh: Exception ticking world

After updating from pre8 to pre9 I got this in my logs along with a bunch of tick issues.

[05:57:59] [Server thread/ERROR]: Encountered an unexpected exception
h: Exception ticking world

Before the update there were no moved wrongly or tick errors.

Could be related to that one "MC-133653" because it did crash when player entered the end but we did not experience this before pre9 and I have not attempted to create a superflat world.

Would like to suggest a setting to temporarily disable worlds would be useful in this instance.
