[MC-133759] when you convert a 1.13 pre release 8 world to pre 9 it crashes the game

i joined my world that was in pre 8 and wen i join in pre 9 it crashes

and it has error -1

Can't confirm, my world loads as expected without any issues updating from pre8 to pre9.

A crash report or information about PC specifications might be helpfull for the Helper/Mods here.

Well i got an Asus laptop.And when i opened my world (THANK GOD I HAD A BACKUP) it lagged and crashed.When i was back to my cracked launcher (i don't have the premieum version but i don't care) i looked at error and it said it had error -1.When i switched back to 1.13 pre 8 using the backup it worked fine.I tryed a lot with the pre 9 and always crashed... i even deactivated my texture pack and nothing happened.It still crashed.Yesterday i just finished a part of my underground dungeon base, A.K.A the end city bedroom and when i joined... BOOM! CRASH!Also the base was in the overlworld.

and it was a normal world not a super flat / buffet / or in the end
