[MC-133844] Visual glitch with 1 block tall area (Character standing in blocks)

Basically, if you're swimming and you swim into a 1 block area, then go under a slab it makes your character look like their top half/head is in the blocks above. The same effect happens if you swim under lily pads.

Swimming under lily pads is definitley fixed - will test with the slabs.

If I'm understanding the post correctly, the setup puts you into a sneaking animation instead of a standing animation, which I'd consider a fix.
