It is unkown why 1.13 is crashing.

When the announcement of its release was made i downloaded everything nessesary for it, and yet it crashes on the attempt of loading survival and creative...

WHY????

Please update your java version, it has to be more recent!

This appears to be MC-125807/MC-125109, which only occur for outdated Java versions (you're using 1.8.0_25 and the game expects at least 1.8.0_51; the latest is 1.8.0_162 I think)/
