I try to load the latest release of Minecraft 1.13 on my Launcher and it gets to "Loading World", then sends me to the "Game Crashed" screen.
I've already updated Java and the Minecraft Launcher. I'm on Windows 8 and using Java 8, Update 181.
Thanks.

I hope this helps.
Thanks.
That's not the launcher log. The launcher log is located .minecraft/launcher_log.txt
.

OK. I think I have found what you are needing...the minecraft launcher log. Please see attachment.

Set '-XX:G1HeapRegionSize=16M' in the JVM arguments in the launch profile from 16M to 32M and see if the issue persists.

That didn't work either, Matthew. Thanks though.
I do notice a tiny something whenever I do start up my Minecraft Launcher though. It could be nothing, or it could be something. When I tell it to load the New Release Version 1.13, it brings up the Mojang logo window. But it starts it up slightly to the left of my computer screen and then immediately pulls it to the center of the screen. When I load the old 1.12, the Mojang logo window loads in the center of the screen; it never moves. I can get the old version to work just fine, just not the new one.
Trust me when I say this, guys and gals, but I have one very unhappy little girl who is dying to play in a water Minecraft world with fish and dolphins and sea turtles. And I can't get it to work.
Please, anyone, help.

Set '-Xmx256M' in launch options to 1G or 2G and all should be fixed!
This duplicates MC-12949.

Mine didn't say '-Xmx256M', Matthew. Mine said  '-Xmx1G'; does that matter?
Anyway, I tried changing it to 2G, and it still didn't work.
