I first noticed it when I tried using a mob spawner I have near my base, and I have Redstone lamps that turn it off. If they were on or off it would not matter because mobs would not spawn. but when it was night and the lamps were turned off mobs would spawn. if I waited till daylight and there was still mobs they would burn up from daylight without being exposed to the sun. In my underground base places i don't have lit up will also be lit up from the sun
in certain places the light is updating correctly but in my base it is not.
Did you use this world during the 1.13 snapshots/pre-releases?
