Majority of blocks in Minecraft's 1.13 update seem to
have updated to not display the flowing water texture
on the sides of blocks, however I've found a few that
still display this, I assume this is something the devs
may have overlooked and I'd like to bring it back into
their attention, so that it might be fixed, See attached Image.
