When you're premium, go to profile, upload a skin... profit! But yeah, that's not a bug. If you don't know how to change your skin, you can't consider that a bug.

Technical Support at Microsoft will NOT handle this issue. I am tired of "Invalid, Irrelevant, and Resolved" status regarding persistent issues that are valid, relevant, UNresolved, recurrent and persistent!
