Dungeons and Dragons, by Everbloom. Very large content, with alot of programming.  When invited to multiplay, I on Microsoft Windows, Grandchildren invited to join (Xbox One), the downloading of resources/packs/etc starts, but gets stuck. REPEATEDLY, after multiple attempts, restarts, redownloading the game from the Marketplace, signing out, signing back in - all parties, and each time download starts, then stops after some content, but NOT all, has been downloaded. We tried multiple times, including 3 bouts of waiting 20 minutes EACH TIME during the stuck phase. So that's and HOUR of watching a non-progressing screen. But alot of time, restarting the computer, signing in, etc... You at Jira Mojang need to WORK WITH THE DEVELOPERS, TOGETHER, so that the programming works properly. Alternative: DO NOT ADVERTISE something as MULTIPLAYER when MULTIPLAY is NOT POSSIBLE!

Perhaps this issue is in the wrong place. I am referring to downloadable content, and in this case, Minecraft Bedrock/formerly & disastrously Better Together. I am talking about the INTERFACE between Templates, Games, DLC Downloadable Content, choose your favorite jargon word. In this case, I purchased the template for Dungeons & Dragons, and created a World from that template. I am on Windows 10 computer, Lenovo Thinkpad. Grandsons on Xbox One. Their Minecraft (Xbox One) basic game works, and they are also able to join in various other Marketplace Content games. Dungeons & Dragons gets stuck during download. 

SO if whoever answers this thinks this is not a problem that you deal with, please find a PERSON AT Jira MOJANG who has the working knowledge of the the interelationships and mechanics for this type of thing, and have that person contact me! And work across multiple interfaces: Microsoft, Mojang, Minecraft, and Developers (Everbloom), various devices, etc.

Same old run-around as in 2017 and since 2017. I see issues related to multiplayer not working for Dungeons and Dragons, Minecraft (NOT JAVA). Who fixes the Minecraft, not-Java, Bugs? I have seen the comment in Jira that this is a TECHNICAL issue, so to contact technical support.  It IS AN INTERFACE ISSUE such that the Minecraft updaters, Mojang, Microsoft CONTINUE to FAIL TO MAKE THE INTERFACE work, across programming, Minecraft, DLC or Marketplace templates or Marketplace worlds — pick you jargon. According to the developers for Dungeons and Dragons, and according to multiple EXPERIENCED Minecraft YouTubers, Dungeons and Dragons gets stuck in downloading to players in Multiplay. The developers sometimes have issues when multiplay among themselves! This issue is NOT resolved!!!!!!!

I notice that Discord is listed at the link you posted in the highlighted section https://minecrafthopper.net/help/known-incompatible-software/ . Do you realize how many Minecraft developers have Discord as a communication site? Of course, this bug side is only for 'vanilla' or basic minecraft, right?  Is the Overlay incompatibiity on the list limited to some kind of gaming in Discord? Does the Overlay incompatibility exist in Discord communications? 

On what configurations, devices, etc., are but report fixers using to fix bugs??? 

Where is the highlighted Moderator Note. I see the scratched out link, Am I supposed to click on the scratched out link??? 

'Invalid' is not an acceptable response. 

Then create another web site for issues that involve the interface and programming that are not strictly game issues.  For example, there are frequent issues in the proper functioning of Minecraft, the Microsoft Store, and Microsoft and the Marketplace focus on misleading links to purchase already-owned Minecraft software and items! 

Technical Support at Microsoft will NOT handle this issue. I am tired of "Invalid, Irrelevant, and Resolved" status regarding persistent issues that are valid, relevant, UNresolved, recurrent and persistent! 

Skins for recent games from the Marketplace are NOT loading when I am in Minecraft. They can be 'equipped' at the Marketplace, but are NOT accessible during gameplay. I think this started at 1.17.1, or 1..17.2 , but I don't change skins often. So it  could have been sooner. Developers have told me that this is a Minecraft problem. Shame on Minecraft, Mojang, and the Marketplace for the sloppy interface! Please fix!

So what does this mean, and how are users supposed to know this??? The Settings button is STILL CLEARLY VISIBLE. And the options settings are TOTALLY BLACKED OUT. I am going on 3 hours of dealing with this.  So now I am supposed to try a wild goose hunt for a gear icon??? Shame on programmers and any persons responsible for the deployment of this change. Very irresponsible, from a user perspective.

 I opened Minecraft again, and on the setting screen, I see across the top of the screen, gray bar, left side Settings. Right side Game Settings. The right hand column contains major headings, but the specific options are totally blacked out. The sliding buttons are visible, but stuck. There is no Gear Button.

It is NOT resolved! It has happened repeatedly since 1.16.221! Here is the definition of resolved: Resolved means FIXED, and that Minecraft will NOT crash when I use fill, setblock, clone commands in Safari World and Legendary Seas by Minecraft. Resolved MEANS that the CRASHES STOP, and that I CAN USE THE COMMANDS. So when will this REALLY BE RESOLVED????  I went to the link for this issue as previously reported, and I have more comments: 1) the issue is STILL Happening in 1.16.221; 2) Several other persons have commented that this issue is NOT  resolved, and STILL OCCURS. 

How can  tell if the profile is pointing to the correct folder????

Still NOT resolved. So, if the new Sign In is not the problem, could 16.5 be the problem??? I do have other Worlds in my Saves folder. They will NOT open. What about the Forge, and other add ons, that worked in 16.4???  What are the know issues with 16.5, regarding add ons, such as Pam's Harvest, etc. 

Why are you still waiting for a response??? I am trying to access my 2 purhcased Java Minecraft programs, and my games & content I created in those programs. The new sign-in mechanism has now been in place several days. Every attempt at getting to my content results in Demo, only. I don't want a 5-day Demo. I want my purchased content and created games to OPEN.  In several attempts, I got to a screen that said if you already have the program, download it again. I tried that several times. Do you have authority and competence to start solving this problem???? I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SIGN IN the OLD WAY, and GET TO MY CONTENT, until Microsoft-Mojang FIX THIS! I have contacted Minecraft Help <[email protected]> , who replied that it looks like I can only see  Demo version. I already knew that! That solved NOTHING. The anonymous Zendesk person, or artificial intelligence, asked for transaction info, and I SENT transaction info. NO ADDITIONAL RESPONSE from zendesk....   Look at my video.  Then get a competent person to start fixing the problem.

Is the Mojang Support Center responding??? Is there ANY communication between the bug people and the Support people??? There needs to be dialog between both departments! Something major has disrupted game play! 

This is NOT invalid! My purchased skins have disappeared frequently for about 3 months. And today, they are more disappeared than ever! What do you mean issue with the server??? Who is fixing it? I am looking for what is the cause, and what is being done to fix it. 'Invalid' is not acceptable here!
