There is a faulty 'pack' for (world template, downloadable content, any other jargon word that applies). Dragon Island, by PixelHeads. Everytime I open a "world" (game or world created from this 'World Template", a pack for Dinosaur Island is automatically downloaded. There is NO option to Create an new world at the Minecraft Marketplace. Unfortunately, you will likely reply to contact developer. I have done that, and am waiting to hear from them. This is an old World Template (2017).

However, this issue is Invalid.
Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin, add-on or resource pack.
